Changing Ubuntu 14.04 scroll bar colors

Install  gnome-tweak-tool, this will sort out Firefox etc.

$ sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool

Next fix GTK 3.0

Make sure you pick the right theme :)  current as of June 2015

$ sudo gedit /usr/share/themes/Ambiance/gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets.css

Add the stepper buttons
